Mungeren - The Phantom Lotus

Located at the Phantom Pavilion on the Shirogane residencial district, the Phantom Lotus is a sake house with a close connection to the Wu Clan, a family that rose to status due the work provided to the Mitsurugi's and the Emperor.

To some, it is simply a charming sake house. To others, it is a place where influence moves without spectacle. Here, agreements are reached without contracts, disputes are settled before they become feuds, and whispered conversations often carry more weight than public proclamations.

The place has a coming and going of some shady figures as well, and it is said that you can hire ninjas, samurais and mercenaries to do your bidding.
